Would be replaced with ecstatic, joyous, squeals should any of you lads out there choose to drop this little question at the bottom of your lady’s coffee cup….

Engagement stories and announcements
It’s been a while since I’ve posted one of these, but it doesn’t mean I haven’t been inspired by all the gorgeousness online. These are just a few of my latest favs. Hope you enjoy!
One of my absolute favorite stalk-worthy wedding bloggistas has posted a fun DIY right in time for the holidays! How cute would your NYE champagne be decked in sequins this year?!
But of course you couldn’t dress up your cocktail while neglecting yourself…
Voila! Hair flair if you dare. Lovely locks won’t be complete without one of these.
That is unless you have a crush worthy style like this…
With some curl. A little wave. A bit of criss-cross action and a twist. This style is simple, yet elegant from wedding aisles to holiday parties!
And speaking of parties, don’t forget the little one! Deck her out with her very own sparkles using these fabric stickers (FABRIC GLITTER STICKERS!!! LOVE!)
And what holiday would be complete without a little bling?
But honestly. Let’s. Just. Stop.
How beyond gorgeous and covetable is Mrs. Stano David’s ring bling? I mean seriously. Now that’s a Christmas Miracle…
Ah…but back to reality, how adorable would it be for your future hubby to pop the question while picking out a Christmas Tree? That’s the premise behind this lovable little post.
So whether you’re celebrating Christmas, Hanukkah, or Kwanzaa…
Wherever you are around the world.
I hope you enjoyed this week’s pursuits in Robin Hooding! Happy Holidays everyone!
A couple weeks ago my life erupted in sparkles when my adorable Maid of Honor announced she and her cute as can be fiance just got engaged. Skip forward to multiple cups of coffee, some anxious may-not-make-it early AM standby flights, and a secret airport rendezvous with a very special co-conspirator to one very shocked, tearful hug and operation Surprise-Jenny was a success!
Another success for the weekend? An super cute, totally practical and thoughtful (toot my own horn? don’t mind if I do.) DIY gift for their engagement soiree! I wanted to get something that would be good for both the groom and bride-to-be. Something that would get them excited for their engagement. So in a moment of inspiration I decided to make them a Wedding Fund!
What you need:
1.) A jar: You can find great apothecary style jars at Michael’s or any kitchen or container store. Mine was a large cylinder with chalk name tag from Cost Plus World Market.
2.) A label: If yours doesn’t have chalk you can add on a ribbon and name tag or even paint or make a chalk area like mine.
3.) Cash, cash, money! However much you want to contribute, just go to a bank and ask for 1’s or coins. You could also mix in little notes of love and well wishes for the couple.
4.) Some ribbon or charms to tie around and decorate.
They had a cute inside joke called “Project Wedding Cake” when referring to their plans to get married, but you could label yours any way that makes sense for your newly-engaged-couple.
So pen a creative name and voila!
Project Wedding Cake Fund
What creative ideas do you have for showering your favorite couples with love?
Shivering with excitement.
That’s how I felt when I got off the phone with my best friend and the world’s most amazing Maid of Honor. I could not be more thrilled, ecstatic, gleeful, filled with joy, and all things sparkles and smiles for her recent engagement at Mt. Zion. Beyond gorgeous ring. Breath taking backdrop. And to quote he who has a way when hair gel and hairspray…
A love to make story books jealous.
Love you mucho my sweet Pocket Jenny! And in honor of the most exciting announcement this month, here’s a little sneak preview of the board that’s been patiently waiting for this momentous day!

And For the Love of Scrabble…
For the cardigan addiction.
For the musician who stole your heart.
And last but definitely not least.
Go Cougs!
2014 is going to be an exciting year!
Life has been a little crazy since the big move to LA. We’re still living out of boxes and haven’t found the perfect couch or desks to actually furnish our apartment. So Tuesday may have come and gone…BUT no fear because I bring gifts of amazing proposal love via The Knotty Bride (AKA Bloggess I Stalk Read the Mostest)!
This is the sweet story of Patrick and Kimberly.
Patrick teamed up with Shutter Life Productions to create this incredible story of their relationship and proposal. The detail and thought that went into this alone is enough to make you fake an eyelash in the eye. But the absolute adorableness of the couple will bring you to full out happy tears.
And how cute is Kimberly at the end of the video when she sees the ring again!?
Love. I LOVE THIS.
Hope you enjoy too!
